Build your business profile Answer a few questions, or let Communications generate a starting profile from a short description of your business.
Add writing examples (optional) Share past posts or emails so drafts sound like you.
Ask for a draft Describe what you want to say and which platform it's for. Communications generates an on-brand draft.
Edit, regenerate, or reject Refine the draft in chat until it's right, or reject it and start over.
Approve to publish Approving a draft publishes it to the connected platform. Nothing goes out without this step.

Privacy and control
